BCDTEK has completed cleanroom preparation at its Jiangxi production base and installed the first manufacturing equipment. The project has moved into equipment installation, commissioning and trial-production preparation.
The facility is being prepared for OLED module manufacturing, with process development focused on high resolution, high brightness, low power consumption, compact form factors and reliability for near-eye and other professional display applications.
BCDTEK engineering teams and equipment suppliers will continue commissioning and process validation according to production-line milestones. Manufacturing capability will be confirmed through qualification and reliability testing before volume supply.
