For evaluation, standard display samples can usually start from 3 pieces. A practical production quantity is often 100 pieces or more, while fully customized projects commonly start around 300 pieces depending on the display, tooling and components.

In-stock samples can typically be prepared in about 5 working days. Custom display projects normally require about 4–6 weeks after specifications are confirmed; tooling, certification or special components may extend the schedule.

Yes. We support custom LCD, TFT, HMI, touch and ePaper solutions, including cover glass, backlight, interface, cable, housing and firmware-related integration. Our engineers can support the project from evaluation and prototyping through mass production.

Support can include display selection, interface matching, datasheets, drawings, initialization guidance, circuit review, testing and production follow-up. If a quality issue occurs, our team will investigate it and respond according to the agreed project and warranty terms.

Yes. We can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential drawings, specifications or product plans.

Samples are commonly shipped by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Air and sea freight are available for production orders. The recommended method and cost depend on destination, package weight, delivery schedule and trade terms.

T/T is commonly used. Deposit, balance and any tooling payment are confirmed in the quotation based on the order value, production stage and customization requirements.
