FAQs about Products
Yes. We provide fully customized LCD modules, including size, interface (RGB/MIPI/LVDS/SPI), backlight, FPC, touch panel, cover lens, and housing.
Standard custom projects take 4–10 weeks depending on the complexity, including design, prototyping, tooling, and testing.
Yes. We can redesign the PCB, update components, or recreate the module using currently available parts to match the original performance as closely as possible.
All displays follow strict QC standards, including aging tests, vibration tests, temperature tests, ESD protection, and industrial/medical/automotive reliability requirements.
Yes. We support RTP (resistive touch panel), CTP (capacitive touch panel), G+G, G+F, OGS, optical bonding, and custom cover lens printing.
We offer high-brightness, wide-temperature, anti-UV, anti-condensation, and ruggedized designs for industrial, outdoor, and automotive use.
Our displays are used in industrial control, medical devices, smart home, automotive, handheld terminals, EV chargers, meters, and consumer electronics.
Most of our designs remain in production for 5–7 years. If a display undergoes an engineering update or reaches End-of-Life, we ensure the next version provides equivalent performance to the previous model.
FAQs about Orders
MOQ depends on the module type. For custom LCDs, typical MOQ is 1,000–3,000 pcs. For standard modules, we support lower quantities.
Yes. We can provide engineering samples for evaluation. Most custom projects require 1–3 sets of prototypes.
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks. Custom projects may vary based on materials and tooling.
Yes. Most designs remain in production for 5–7 years. If a component becomes EOL, we offer an equivalent revision.
Typical terms are T/T, 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment.
Every order goes through IQC, IPQC, aging test, and full functional OQC before shipment.
Yes. We can provide custom labels, barcodes, and packaging based on your requirements.
We need your required size, resolution, interface, brightness, viewing angle, touch options, and application details.
FAQs about Display Troubleshooting
Check power supply, interface connection, pin mapping, and initialization code timing.
This is usually caused by incorrect timing parameters, insufficient power, or noise on the signal lines.
Possible causes include refresh rate issues, insufficient output drive, or panel-specific characteristics.
Incorrect color format, gamma settings, or mismatched RGB/BGR configuration.
Check backlight voltage/current, LED driver, and whether PWM dimming is correctly configured.
Verify I2C/SPI communication, driver version, and whether the touch controller is properly powered.
