Reliable industrial displays require controlled materials, repeatable processes and consistent inspection. NoseDisplay coordinates production through BCDTEK Group manufacturing resources and qualified supply-chain partners selected according to each project’s product type, process and volume requirements.

Available capabilities include LCD module assembly, touchscreen integration, optical and tape bonding, backlight modification, PCBA assembly, HMI integration and finished-product testing. Each custom project follows approved drawings, confirmed specifications and agreed quality criteria established during sample validation.

Manufacturing Support

Flexible manufacturing support is matched to the technical requirements, production process and expected volume of each display project.

Module Assembly

Assembly and integration of TFT LCD modules, backlights, touchscreens, FPCs, connectors and supporting mechanical components.

Touch & Optical Integration

Capacitive or resistive touch integration, cover-glass customization, optical bonding, tape bonding and protective-structure design.

HMI & System Assembly

PCBA integration, interface testing, firmware configuration, cable assembly, enclosure coordination and finished-unit assembly.

Quality Control

Quality requirements are defined during sample approval and applied from incoming materials through final shipment.

Incoming Inspection

Key materials are checked against approved specifications, drawings, appearance standards and supplier documentation.
