With gentle breezes and the sweet scent of flowers in the air, spring is the perfect season for outdoor adventures. On May 10th, NoseDisplay Anhui Factory K1 organized a team-building event themed “Focus on Goals, Commit to Goals, Achieve Goals, Surpass Goals.” Employees explored the charm of Shouxian County, a millennia-old ancient city, through spring hiking and task-based checkpoints.
Bathed in the morning sunlight and admiring the scenic views along the way, employees temporarily left their busy workplaces behind and arrived at Shouxian Ancient City. They began with creative icebreaker games, breaking down departmental barriers and deepening trust and understanding through laughter and camaraderie. Fun task checkpoints further elevated the event’s atmosphere, with each team working together in perfect harmony to complete the series of challenges set by the coach.
After the games concluded, everyone gathered on the lush green lawn, sharing delicious food and chatting freely about life. In this relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, bonds between colleagues grew stronger. The successful spring team-building event not only allowed employees to unwind amidst nature and find joy, but also enhanced teamwork and communication through diverse interactions. It further deepened their understanding of Shouxian County, this “living ancient city.” Moving forward, BCDTEK will continue to empower its team through culture and unite its strength to advance toward greater goals!
