ONE FRONT INTERFACE, ONE PARTNER

Designed as a complete front-end assembly

Touch performance is inseparable from the display, cover lens, controller, sealing and mechanical stack-up behind it. We align every layer early, so the sample behaves like the production part.

  • PCAP, resistive and application-specific touch technologies
  • Custom glass, acrylic and printed cover-lens options
  • Controller, interface and display-module matching
  • Anti-glare, anti-fingerprint and anti-UV treatments
  • Waterproof sealing, gasket and housing integration

CORE ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

Build the interface your application actually needs

Touch technology

PCAP, resistive, optical and controller choices selected for touch method, glove use and environment.

Glass & graphics

Cover-lens material, thickness, cutouts, printing and branding engineered as one stack-up.

Surface & sealing

AG, AR, AF, UV treatment, gasket design and sealing for harsh-use product requirements.

Air bonding or optical bonding—specified for the job

Air Bonding (Frame)

Lower cost and easier rework. A practical option for indoor equipment and projects where minor optical loss is acceptable.

RECOMMENDED

Optical Bonding (OCA/OCR)

Higher contrast, reduced internal reflection and improved resistance to vibration and condensation—ideal for outdoor or high-reliability products.

ENGINEERING FAQ

Can you add touch to a display we already use?

Yes. Share the current display model, drawing and interface; we will assess compatible touch, cover-lens and bonding options.

What information is useful for an initial quotation?

Panel size, active area, outline, interface, touch method, operating environment and expected quantity give our engineers the right starting point.

How do you validate glove, water and sunlight performance?

We align the test method to the end use, then validate sensitivity, optical performance, sealing and reliability with representative samples. Sunlight readability depends primarily on the display specifications. For the touch assembly, anti-glare treatment and reduced internal reflection are important; OCA optical bonding is typically recommended to improve outdoor readability.

What are the usual prototype and production lead times?

Lead time depends on the final specifications. After drawings are confirmed, prototype production typically takes 3–4 weeks, mainly for tooling related to the FPC, film and test fixtures. Once you provide the product operating environment and driver-board information, software parameters generally require an additional 3 working days for tuning. Mass production typically takes about 3 weeks.
